This can be very helpful to those whom actually take time to read it out. It's pretty way of helping other soldiers who are now heading to combat wheather they realize it or not. Now the forum is working, the big question is: how do we get them to learn from our experiances? how will they know there's even a site existed just to help them better prepared?

This is great, now let's get out there and get some traffic coming in. This site can be a valuable tool for soldiers headed to their first deployment or soldiers spotlighting real soldiers who deserve not just someone who spends more time reading a “Winning the Board” book than they do learning how to be a great leader or even a good soldier.
